About Eat Sense
Eat Sense Limited (ESL) is a company founded by Registered Fertility & Hormonal Dietitian Teenusha Soobrah and run by a small team. It is based in the north of the Island.
ESL only sources high quality evidenced-based supplements from international suppliers (eg Ovasitol). All supplements are chosen by Teenusha herself, ensuring that the supplements are:
- Evidence based, including dosage.
- Convenient and palatable.
- All high grade quality and 3rd party tested.
ESL operates largely within the niche market of woman’s health and wellness ensuring compliance with local import regulations, and maintaining quality control standards to provide safe and effective supplements to its target market. All products are free from allergens eg lactose free, gluten free and vegan.
Our story
Certified Fertility and Prenatal Dietitian
As a certified fertility and prenatal dietitian, specialised in hormonal health, Teenusha found it incredibly hard to cater for the supplement needs of her niche clients. She approached many companies but unfortunately found herself struggling.
She soon understood that getting her clients to source their key tools (supplements) from overseas is not sustainable. Her strong sense of work values and patient care led her to find an alternate solution for the Mauritian society and that’s when ESL (dietitian pantry) was born
The company started off on a small scale with now all products being easily accessible to patients throughout chemist islandwide.
